| Instructions | Essentials Toothpaste: Gently brush teeth and gums with a small amount of Essential Toothpaste twice a day. A little goes a long way. All you need is a pea-sized amount on your brush. Not meant to be swallowed. Tooth & Gums Tonic mouthwash: Swish vigorously 30 seconds, gargle if desired, and spit out. For best results do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after use. Spritz: Shake before each use. Spray into your mouth once or twice to freshen your breath for hours. |
