Instructions

Morning

Gently brush teeth and gums with a small amount of Essential Toothpaste A little goes a long way. All you need is a pea-sized amount on your brush. Not meant to be swallowed.

Evening

Step 1. Gently brush teeth and gums with a small amount of Essential Toothpaste.
Step 2. Carefully shake the Tonic rinse. Swish vigorously with 1/3 – 1/2 capful for at least 30 seconds, gargle if desired, and spit out. For best results do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after use.
